Through payment of regular HOA dues, homeowners and renting residents are considered full-access Members of the MPOA and the stunning River Club facilities and amenities.

As a resident of Waterlefe, you and your guests will enjoy exclusive access to: ALL River Club dining/entertainment/special event opportunities (there are many), the 24/7 Fitness Center, a variety of weekly fitness classes (most are included), the resort-style swimming pool and Tiki Bar, community library, outdoor fun at The Pointe, and much more. The River Club is NOT open to the public, and all attached services and facilities are limited to use by Residential Members and their guests ONLY, but we do offer/allow rental of our venue for weddings and banquets (up to 120 guests).

GOLF CLUB MEMBERSHIP / GOLF FACILITY INFORMATION:

Golf Membership is separate from / additional to Residential Membership and can be arranged directly with the Golf Club/CDD. Visit their website, waterlefegolfandriverclub.com, for more information.

The Golf Club and course are also open to the public, and therefore their Pro Shop and dining facilities (The Shank Shack food truck, and The Grill Room) are available for anyone to visit and enjoy.

FULL CULINARY PROGRAM:

This program is a membership offering for candidates who are sponsored non-residents of Waterlefe Golf and River Club. This limited membership requires a one-time, $500 Capital Contribution Fee, sponsorship by a Waterlefe Resident, Golf Member, and Marina Club member and is open to friends, associates, and family members. In the event a candidate does not have a Member sponsor, an interview may be required.

This membership includes the use of A La Carte Dining in the River Club, the Bistro, and Poolside Tiki Bar, and allows members to attend all events hosted by the River Club. Full Culinary Members will put a valid credit card on file and will be issued a membership card to use at the various facilities. This membership does NOT include the use of the Pool or Fitness Center.
